Please ensure you follow the 3 easy steps to guarantee your booking.
NB. Please note that your email address will be captured for our monthly e-newsletters. Your details will only be kept by us and not passed on to third parties.
Step 1:Booking Form
Please complete the details, read through and agree to
the terms and conditions of the booking contract.
Step 2:
Payment Options
- Credit Card - To pay by credit card, please contact
us with your card details. Please note a charge of
2.5% will apply to all payments by credit card.
- Bank transfer or BACS transfer – Please
contact us for our bank details form.
- Cheque or Money Order – Please make payable
to Global Surf Guides and post to Jefferson House, 5 Fawe Park Mews,
184A Fawe Park Road, London, SW15 2EQ.
- Pay Pal - To pay via Pay Pal, contact us and we
will email an electronic invoice to you, enabling you to pay direct
from your Pay Pal account.
Step 3:
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance which covers you for surfing is mandatory for all Global Surf Guides packages. We have arranged an extremely comprehensive policy in terms of the level of cover/inclusions, which has been designed specifically for travelling surfers by Tokio Marine Insurance.
The policy is unique compared to many ‘high street’ policies as it gives you cover for ALL of the following:
- Injury to the individual whilst surfing.
- Liability whilst surfing (i.e. you are covered if you/your board injures someone else).
- Medical Conditions: includes cover for most non-terminal conditions at no additional premium (subject to medical screening).
- Cover for emergency medical expenses, personal accident benefit, personal money and baggage.
- Cover for your surf boards (included under personal baggage).
If you already have your own travel insurance policy we
require a signed consent form with details of your policy information.
