Insurance
It is mandatory that each passenger must travel with adequate insurance
to ensure that you are fully covered. Please pay particular attention
to the small print to ensure that your policy covers you for surfing.
We recommend that insurance is purchased at the time of booking to insure
against possible cancellation costs.

Passport / Visa requirements
All clients must be in possession of a valid 10 year passport. Persons
over 16 on the day of travel must have their own passport. Those travelling
on family passports must travel with the main passport holder. Please
ensure if making a late booking that you will have enough time to obtain
the necessary visas if required. It is your responsibility to ensure
you have the correct passport and visa documentation in time. Neither
we nor the suppliers accept any responsibility if you cannot travel
because you have failed to comply with any passport, visa or immigration
requirements.
Medical advice/inoculations
Please seek advice from your doctor regarding required inoculations
before travelling.
Credit card charges
A credit card charge of 2.5% will be added to payments. Please note
we are unable to accept payment by Maestro and American Express cards.
Cancellation policy
Please be aware all Global Surf Guide trips are non-cancellable/non-refundable
hence our mandatory policy to take out travel insurance to cover you
should it be necessary to cancel your trip.
Customer

Total Payment Protection (topp) Policy cover:
In compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package
Tours Regulations 1992 an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel
& General Insurance Company plc to protect customers’ prepayments
paid in respect of the ground handling aspects of packages where the
customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination offered
on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy), for:
a refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled making
arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already
travelled in the unlikely event of our financial failure.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
Please note all boat charters are subject to minimum numbers for guaranteed
departure. Should the minimum passenger numbers not be met, passengers
will be offered an alternative boat charter where available or a full
refund (tour only).
We therefore suggest keeping flights reserved but not ticketed for as
long as possible. Global Surf Guides will not be held liable for any
costs incurred through cancelled flight tickets.
